Full pricing & terms, in one place

OMPT provides custom website design and development, and optionally AI-powered lead capture and follow-up automation ("AI Front Desk"), to health, beauty, and wellness businesses. Specific deliverables, packages, and fees for a given engagement are set out in the relevant pricing document or proposal, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2.1 Packages — OMPT offers the following web design packages, each with a fixed scope of pages and features as detailed in the current pricing sheet: Essentials (3-page custom website), Signature Site (5-page custom website with premium scroll animations and basic on-page SEO), and Elite + AI (6–7 page custom website with booking system integration, AI chatbot & lead capture, and automated booking reminders). Package inclusions, page counts, and revision rounds are as stated in the pricing document current at the time of purchase. Fees are quoted in USD and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, subject to scope confirmation.

2.2 Payment Terms — A 50% deposit is required before any work begins. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced (see Section 5, Cancellation & Refunds). The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the agreed scope, prior to the site being made live or final files being handed over. All payments are processed via Stripe; OMPT does not store or handle Client card details directly. Work on a project begins once the deposit is received and the Client has completed the required style playbook / discovery questionnaire — delays in providing this information or requested content/assets will correspondingly delay the project timeline.

2.3 Revisions — Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the pricing document (2 rounds for Essentials and Signature Site; 3 rounds for Elite + AI). Revisions beyond the included rounds, or changes to previously approved scope, are billed at $150/hr, with work beginning only after written approval of estimated hours. A "revision round" means consolidated feedback provided in a single batch; it does not reset with each individual comment.

2.4 Domains & Third-Party Costs — Domain deployment (connecting an existing or newly purchased domain to the finished site) is included in all packages. The cost of registering or renewing the domain itself is not included and remains the Client's responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party subscription costs required for site functionality (e.g., booking platform fees, hosting beyond what OMPT provisions) are the Client's responsibility and will be disclosed prior to setup.

2.5 Ownership & Intellectual Property — Upon receipt of full payment, Client owns the final website files, custom copy, and design produced specifically for their project. OMPT retains the right to display the completed work in its own portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the Client requests otherwise in writing. Stock assets, licensed fonts, third-party plugins, and any pre-existing OMPT frameworks, templates, or code libraries used to build the site remain the property of their respective owners/OMPT and are licensed, not sold, to the Client for use on the delivered site.

The Care Plan is a monthly retainer billed at $399/mo via Stripe, cancellable at any time effective at the end of the current billing cycle. The plan includes up to 2 hours of content updates per month, domain renewal management, booking system maintenance, uptime monitoring, priority response, and a monthly performance check-in, as detailed in the current pricing document. Unused hours do not roll over to the following month. Work requested beyond the included monthly hours, or by Clients without an active retainer, is billed at $150/hr with a 2-hour minimum. OMPT reserves the right to pause or terminate retainer services for non-payment, with written notice.

This section applies specifically to Clients who purchase the AI Front Desk product (branded AI concierge, email revenue recovery, and monthly intelligence reporting), whether as a standalone product or as part of the Elite + AI package.

4.1 Subscription & Billing — AI Front Desk is billed at $447/month via Stripe, on a recurring monthly basis, until cancelled. Client may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle, and no partial-month refunds are issued. An initial setup/onboarding period applies before the system is fully live; OMPT will confirm readiness with the Client before billing the first full cycle where applicable.

4.2 Third-Party Integrations & Pass-Through Costs — Where Client's booking platform requires a webhook or API connection (e.g., Vagaro), any associated third-party fee (currently $10/month for Vagaro) is disclosed to the Client at onboarding and billed directly to the Client by the relevant third-party platform or passed through by OMPT, as applicable. OMPT is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by third-party platforms (booking systems, CRM infrastructure, email providers) that are outside OMPT's control.

4.3 Client Data & Communications — Client's customer/lead data (names, contact details, booking information) processed through the AI Front Desk system is handled via OMPT's agency infrastructure (including GoHighLevel) solely to deliver the contracted service, and is not sold or shared with unrelated third parties. The AI concierge and email sequences operate based on information, hours, services, and FAQs provided by the Client; Client is responsible for reviewing and approving initial chatbot training content and keeping OMPT informed of material changes (pricing, services, hours). SMS-based communication is not currently included in AI Front Desk due to U.S. telecom compliance requirements (TCPA/10DLC registration); this may be introduced as a separate future offering.

4.4 Performance & Liability — OMPT does not guarantee specific outcomes (lead volume, booking conversions, revenue recovered) from the AI Front Desk system. Reporting provided is intended to give visibility into activity and performance trends, not a contractual performance guarantee. OMPT is not liable for missed messages, delayed responses, or errors arising from third-party platform downtime, API changes, or Client-provided inaccurate information. Client remains responsible for verifying critical bookings, cancellations, or customer communications generated by the AI system, particularly during the initial weeks of use.

Deposits for one-time web design projects are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover time already committed and scheduled. If Client cancels before any work has begun, the deposit will be refunded less any payment processing fees incurred. Monthly subscriptions (Care Plan, AI Front Desk) may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle; fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable. OMPT reserves the right to pause or terminate any engagement, with reasonable written notice, in cases of non-payment or breach of these Terms.

Client agrees to provide timely feedback, content, brand assets, and account access required for OMPT to complete the contracted work. Client warrants that any content, images, trademarks, or materials supplied to OMPT for use on the site do not infringe third-party rights. Delays caused by Client's failure to provide required materials or approvals are not the responsibility of OMPT.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMPT's total liability arising out of or relating to any engagement is limited to the total fees paid by Client to OMPT for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 3 months. OMPT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, arising from the use of or inability to use any website, chatbot, or automation delivered under these Terms.

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or customer information disclosed by the other party in connection with the engagement, and to use such information solely for the purpose of performing the services.

OMPT is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or joint venturer of Client. Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, or employment relationship between the parties.

OMPT may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active Clients; continued use of OMPT's services after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate written agreement between the parties specifies otherwise for a particular engagement.
